Dizziness, weakness, BP, Pulse High

I have been facing the above said problems from yesterday I hope that's due to weakness, so I have not yet consulted any doctor I am having BP machine so I cam to know that I am having 121/69(1time) 125/96(night) and pulse 96, 107 respectively. can you explain what may be the reasons and which doctor should be consulted.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. From what I can say is all your recordings are in normal range. You can start taking tab. Health OK once a day after food for a Month. Tab.
