Dizziness to me

I am getting just for working 15 mins continuous. I was diagnosed with hypo thyroid of subclinical result. That is 10.3 tsh I was not working from past 2 years and I sit for 16hrs a day Should I be alarmed and consult a doctor as I also feel blurred vision. Or will it reduce after some days.
