Last week I was struck with low BP(90/60) as a result got dizziness. I Consulted Doctor Immeadiately and had medicines. 90% cured. Trace of dizziness remains and went for doctor consultation again. He GAVE TABLET VERTIN for 10 days. IF it dont get cured he adviced to have CT SCAN. I have doubt whether SINUS is the reason behind my dizziness.?? Ifeel the dizziness whenever I walk, when I try to sit down or try to stand from sitting, change my position from left to right and vice versa during the sleep. Though dizziness impact is less at present, I feel it should not happen to me as I am just 24 years. Please give me suggestion to eradicate this dizziness

Looks like bppv...but many other causes likeinner ear disturbance, motion sickness and medication effects. Sometimes it's caused by an underlying health condition, such as poor circulation, infection or injury,Meniere's disease should be ruled out...Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo causes brief episodes of mild to intense dizziness. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is usually triggered by specific changes in the position of your head.Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo may go away on its own within a few weeks or months. But, to help relieve BPPV sooner, your doctor, audiologist or physical therapist may treat you with a series of movements known as the canalith repositioning procedure.
