Dizziness & neck muscle fatigue

Hello Doctor, I am facing Dizziness from 2 months and neck stiffness from around 6 months. I had fever one day and I carried my child for long time that day. Next day my both arm pained a lot. Then next day pain got reduced but dizziness started. My BP, Sugar, Thyroid test is normal. I was having VIt-D and B12 Deficiency, I am taking tab for that. But Dizziness is still persist along with neck pain. MRI shows, C3,4,5,6,7 have mild disk bulge and mild nerve compression. Could you please help to know if below ayurvedic is good? cervilon cap 2-0-2 after food maharaja prasarini cap 1-0-1 after food vatganjakush ras 1-0-1 after food Syp Maharasnadi Kashym 15ml before food for 1 month
