I'm facing dizziness lightheadedness for 6 months. I'm patient of anxiety disorder. Is there any way to know is it vertigo or It's just my panic Related sensation?

Hey! Few questions might help.How long does your dizziness last?is it associated with position change?Do you have blackout sensation?Any hearing loss or tinnitus? What is you haemoglobin level?Do you have any nausea or vomiting?
