Dizziness, disequilibrium, ear fullness

Feeling dizzy since 2 months specially when i lay down and turn sides. Also feel disequilibrium while sitting straight and walking. No BPPV detected and MRI of inner ear also fine. Attaching my impedence audiometry report. No effect from Vertin.
