It is difficult to come to a diagnosis with the given history but I would advise that incase you're skipping meals to not do so and also to change your sleep pattern to a more healthy time period.I would also advise you to visit the nearest ER for further evaluation and investigations such as BP, blood glucose levels, etc. Try to have these habits to have a healthy good life:
- Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday)
- Be careful with caffeine aim to drink caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, cola just 1 or 2 times a day, above 6 such drinks would make you irritable, anxious and will negatively affect your performance
- Don't skip meals, Eat healthy, clean and nutritious diet, Don't crash diet
- Eat iron rich food
- You need upto 8-10 hours of sleep per night so sleeping at an earlier hour would be helpful
- Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation.
- Exercise regularly
Visit the nearest ER to have an in depth evaluation and undergo further investigations
