Dizziness and shortness of breath, sweat

Hello Dr. I m feeling dizziness with sweating and shortness of breath from last night. I feel like blood is not reaching in my brain. It is occurring again and again after some gap of 30,40min. And each time it left me unconscious for 2 to 3 mint...when i get my conscious back,i found myself chilled and sweat. After eating meal symptoms increases more My BP is ranging from 110-120/70-84 after checking whole day Plz help me
