You need to meet a Neuro-Otologist. In Mumbai, that does not come cheap! However, you will get your money's worth if you use Practo to find a good doctor. If his/her clinical skills are good, you will need very few investigations(which will otherwise cost a bucket load of money!) So, better pay a generous consulting fee that drain your bank balance on super expensive investigations!
