Hello respected doctors, I had a normal delivery 6 month ago. Since then there no periods started at all. Me & my husband do unprotected sex sometimes. 3 week ago I do preganews test & results come negative. From today morning im feeling dizzy & nausea, Since I don't have periods, how do I know my pregnancy test is accurate in urine pregnancy test? Plz help

You should do a pregnancy test again and if you want to be more sure you can go for blood test called serum B HCG

If the pregnancy test is negative the reason for the delayed period will be lactation Since the pregnancy test was done 3 weeks ago it is advisable to repeat one For the dizziness have a good protein rich diet take calcium supplements regularly and get your hemoglobin levels checked
