Its been 60 days after my delivery. I have been experiencing dizziness especially when I stand like not getting balance sometimes. I'm exclusively breast feeding my baby.. Currently not taking any medication or supplements.What could be the reason for this?

Get your hemoglobin levels checked Low hemoglobin could be a reason for dizziness Be regular with the intake of calcium supplements as long as you lactate Have a good protein rich diet
