Hi, it is not good to take tablet for improving concentration. I understand you want to focus on your studies. It is important to identify what is causing you to get distracted. You can make a time table and provide a time schedule for each subject. I understand the thought of studying for long hours can be stressful. To help improve concentration 1. You can make a time table in a way that you give yourself breaks in between to relax your mind. 2. You can also create a comfortable place to study by decorating your room with nice showpiece. You can consult a psychologist who will help and guide you ways to improve concentration based on your daily routine and lifestyle. Counseling sessions will help you.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
Health Tips
Avoid taking tablets.
