Hi sir. I see distant objects double like sign boards etc which are far away but i see crystal clear when objects are near to me like books , text on mobile phone ( i can even read the minute letters on medicine boxes). Objects far from me appears to be double or overlapped. And also i experience eye pain while focusing on distant objects. There is a feeling of light burining. Please tell me what is the issue.
