How is the pain and range of movement at knee joint? Multiple surgeries will cause knee stiffness, so choose ur surgeries wisely. How much is shortening of limb?? How much knee bending can u do? How is your skin over knee joint? Can get one Standing Xray Scanogram to check limb length and alignment. The knee joint space looks OK but May consider a CT scan to check alignment and confirm. A second surgery wud definitely make the xray look better, but how much function it can improve, it is difficult to say. More rigid fixation may give more stability, but it doesn't guarantee union. But u wud definitely need bone grafting surgery at some point. Unless there is, too much pain/swelling and possibilities of infection, I wud wait and watch a little.
Next Steps
CT scan to see Intra-articular alignment/step off.
Health Tips
It is a complex fracture, no surgeon can guarantee a 100 percent result.
