I have big problem of dislocation of shoulder. Surgery is option for this or not.And for this problem surgery will succeed or not

When dislocated, reduction is done by orthopedician and it should be done as soon as possible to avoid damage to some nerves and vessels. 2. Post-reduction, it can be managed either by conservative methods like strengthening of rotator cuff or by surgical means. Surgical methods are effective and reduces further chances of dislocation.
