Hi sir, I have disc bulge at below is MRI short detail. The cervical canal dimensions from C2 to C7 is as follows:- Disc C2-C3    C3-C4   C4-C5   C5-C6   C6-C7 mm 11           9           11          10         9 Doctors told me I have disc bulge at C5-C7.because of this I think I have left arm pain and wrist pain not able to sleep or do any work Seen many doctors no one gives me a solution. Sir it is curable or not? As now I am doing isometric exercise for neck Surgery is required or not? I am very thankful if u do reply If I want to meet you where I can in OMR road Kindly reply sir

Hello...This condition  is very common especially  in those who do system  based job. This can be managed very well with ayurvedic  medicines. surgery is not mandatory. pls visit my clinic in chennai. Would be glad to help you out of this
