Slight discomfort in urethra for more than two weeks. It started rather intense then cooled down and after around 10 days it was completely gone without any medications, now it's starting again however very slightly. Mostly at the tip of the penis, however sometimes at the mid and bottom of the urethra. Lightly grinding the shaft feels good when having the sensation. Started more than a week after a sexual encounter, no pain or burning even during urinating. Mild yeast infection? Thanks.
