I have AST and ALT level 86. & 183 respectively..with mildly enlarged liver with homogenouse mid level echotexture ..Recently I had gone through kidney stone operation and yesterday I removed the stent...doctor prescribed antibiotics...Will it effect the liver more..and can you prescribe me medicines for liver ..I feel discomfort in the area often

Your issue looks like steatohepatitis /NASH. Generally most of the antibiotics will not affect liver function directly with few exception. Your urologist will take care for save prescription. Medicines for liver should not be prescribed without proper evaluation.  Meet a gastroenterologist nearby.
