Mixed infection u can take FAS 3 kit stat, maintain  good hygine if u r genitalia ,wash with betadine lotion

It's probably vaginal candidiasis. Need to start on antifungal oral medication with vaginal cream. Is there any redness/swelling in vagina along with white discharge and itching? Clean the groin area. Keep it dry and maintain hygiene Wear loose undergarments. Consult me on practo for further guidance and medication
