Discharge from vagina
Earlier I was having white discharge at very short interval with a bad odour which has now turned into a bit of reddishness. Also some long red threadlike structure coming out of vagina

It sounds like you have an infection that needs examination and treatment. It is likely to take a few weeks to recover during which you should avoid intercourse. It might be a good idea to get your partner checked out too in case he has passed the infection on to you and needs to be treated too.
