->Disc desiccation, diffuse disc bulges,mild postero-central disc protrusion,facetal arthropathy and ligamentum flavum thickening at L3-L4 and L4-L5 ->Grade I degenrative anterolisthesis of L3 over L4 and L4 over L5 vertebra ->mild postero-central disc protrusion,mild narrowing of spinal canal , bilateral lateral recesses and bilateral neural foramina at L4-L5 level,causing indentation over the bilateral traversing nerve roots and right exiting L4 nerve root ->early diffuse disc bulges at L1-L2 and L2-L3 levels without significant thecal sac compression. Does it require Operation?
