Disc bulge
In feb putter side of left thigh started feeling numb and in March lower back pain right side , got an mri done in June so got To know it's a disc bulge , now the back pain is 3/10 but the thigh numbness / tingling is 5/10 , started doing yoga and back strengthening exercises so will this thigh numbness take time ? Avoiding bending forward and picking up heavy weights !! Getting physio also done , is it something I should worry about ? Or does it take so long !!

Above MRI reveals some degenerative changes in spine and no compression in this MRI view. I’d request you to post others MRI pictures. Importantly as per reports there is foraminal stenosis on right side but you have symptoms on the left, hence a through clinical examination and radiological interpretation has to be made by doctor for prognosis. Currently you are doing right thing with precaution and physio and should also be doing it in future but those are not the solution of disc condition or foraminal stenosis.
