I have underbite and I wanted to know that is there any disadvantage of underbite surgery like weakness of bone or etc. After surgery I would be able function with my mouth as before? Plz answer to help me.

What surgery are you going for? If surgeon Nd orthodontist are hood and you follow instructions, itl be fine. Surgical complications rarely occur
