My eyes are very dirty and specially the white part has dirty yellow patches! Please suggest how i can fully clean them to get whiter and brighter eyes?

Hi It- is due to long standing occupational exposure of eyes to dust or chemicals … also seen in few as hereditary  ….. can be avoided by protecting eyes from exposure …
