Dinogest taking cause bleeding

I am taking dinogest from 6th March 2024, for endometriotic cyst in right ovary. But on 12th and 13th(today) March 2024, getting bleeding like normal menstrual period. My actual period date was on 8th March 2024. Is that normal? Please help.

If your actual date of periods was 8 March then you should not have started Dinogest on 6 March. Wrong scheduling of the medicine.
