Hello doctor I have dilated cbd 7.2 mm and my age is 31 yrs doctor prescribed for mrcp and in mrcp there is mild choledochal cyst measuring 4.5 mm and now doc is saying for endosonographh is it necessary to do it he said after that sonography we can decide whether to do surgery or not plz guide me

A CBD diameter of >10mm needs to be evaluated for choledochal cyst with normal LFTs So repeat imaging in 3 months to reasses the cyst is my recommendation.
