Since last 4 days my 2 years 10 months son not having any food also either he goes loose motion or vomits the food little intake I went to paediatrician yesterday he gave me epinorm and one bc oral suspension but still he goes for loose motion and not having any food little intake also he soon goes to loose motion full watery I gave wood wards and colimax as he says stomach ache and looks he stomach little bloated although he goes motion or vomitting
