I have heavyness at bed time. My doctor suggest jhandu pancharist then drakshashava special with arogyavardhani vati but still heavyness at bed time. Any better medicine then drakshashava special at bed time. Is drakshavaleha is better then drakshasava special.

Dear Friend 1)first of all congratulations for choosing Ayurveda. 2) Your doctor given good remedies 3) just decrease the doses of liquid medicines.And add double water . 4) if still Not feeling better than Tab.Zanocid Duo 2 tab 3 times in a Day before meals. 5) Tab suthshekhara (Dp) 2 tab 2 times a Day.
Next Steps

Please let me know if you will drink more water during night. Also if you will have curd and other dairy products kept in refrigerator. Let me know your occupation and daily routine.
