Digestion problem

I am having digestion problem for 1 year I always suffer from Constipation gas and mild pain in stomach I consulted may doctors but I got temprory relive only problem come again after leaving medicines I don't eat oily and spice food drink plety of water and fiber but then also I got constipation and gas I needs to use laxatives for defection every day that also not work properly now. What should I do?

Do regular walking exercise,yoga and meditation. Many times stress also cause indigestion problems. Home maker will be having lots of tasks ,so there will be stress..You need to relax n make out time for yoga..and then comes diet and medicines.Avipattikar churna 1tsp with 1glass of  warm water  empty stomach for 30days

Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,and greengram sprouts everyday.drink enough water. Buttermilk,lemon ginger juice with jaggery,freshfruit juice are healthy. Beans palak,methi,fibrous vegetables,whole grams,lentils,soya,barley,ragi,jowar unpolished rice,nuts,raisins ,drydates,jaggery,,flaxseeds,gingely seeds are healthy. Physical exercises,playing sports,yoga,walking are advisable. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,maida,preserved foods,oilyspicyfoofs,masala,nonveg Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night.
