Digestion problem, Diabetes, Tiredness

My father is a Managing Director in co-operative society. His digestion system is not good from childhood. He goes to toilet 9-10 times in a day. He only have breakfast and dinner and immediately go to toilet after every meal. He avoids meals because of this reason. He has gastric and acidity problem as well. It's been 30-40 years when he suffered from this problem. Now, he feels very tired all the time. Suffering from muscles pain in legs. He has diabetes from last 2-3 years. He manages sugar level in few weeks when he avoids sugar. I want him to go through the body checkup. Please advise which tests we should get done like Vit D, Uric acid or any other??

Diabetic patients should undergo few tests every year or 6 monthly as per report. Get CBC, ESR, CRP, Lipid profile,TSH, RFT, Hba1c, Blood sugar fasting and postprandial,Urine routine and urine creatinine ratio, vit D3 B12 levels. Review back with reports for further guidance.
Next Steps
He might be suffering from gastro colic reflex. or chronic diarrhoea... please contact gastroenterologist for physical check up and needful action.

Drink plenty of fluids, High fibre diet, green vegetables fruits and salad..
