Digestion problem and gastric
Hi, I'm having a stomach upset from today morning, can here stomach growling sound frequently and feels like going to restroom every now and then but only gas, and had diarrhea 2-3 times and at around 1oclock had mild fever. Thought of visiting clinic but due to busy work schedule no able to go, will visit tomorrow for sure, can anyone of you please suggest me temporary remedy.
