Give just 2 milk feeds including one top milk feed using a glass or spoon and katori. Stop bottle feeding if given. Give 4 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet. Add ors after every loose motion if watery and give Enterogermina vial one vial twice a day for 5 days. Anaemia could be due to any reason,iron deficiency being the commonest cause in India. Still,needs further evaluation by blood tests to pinpoint the cause. Add iron rich items in diet such as eggs,red meats,green leafy vegetables etc. Also,deworm the child by giving syp bandy plus 5 ml as a single dose.
