My daughter lives in Mumbai in a flat. She can't walk outside. Her digestion is affected. She has taken digestive pills, churn, anzymes, but not cured. Plz suggest.

She should have plenty of oral fluids High fiber diet Exercise at home is possible in lockdown Have small frequent meals

If she has constipation for a long time then she can take syp gudlax plus 3 tsp at night As far as possible do dietary changes
