If you have just five days of history of sleeplessness , its not a serious issue. You may have to follow healthy sleep hygiene , that should help you. And regarding weakness and muscle ache , it can be due to lack of sound sleep.

follow healthy sleep hygiene like going to bed at fixed time and in case you do not fall alseep after spending half n hour get up and start reading book and do not use screen like mobile and dnt watch tv while lying on bed .
Also please drink glass of milk before going to bed that also helps .
in case these things do not help , then you may have to take some medical help and use some medicine for short period.
