Im having difficulty in passing stools?What is there in my report kindly tell..What is the meaning of angulation?Is it like intussusception?What needs to be done for it?Kindly reply...Underwent proctocolectomy+ileal pouch anal anastomosis on 01st Nov 2019..kindly reply

It means that angle of the j pouch is acute so it is not a good sign , Get Defecation manometry done and if the problem persists then you may have to undergo revision surgery .
It is not like intusscuption

1.Avoid intake of oily and spicy foods especially at dinner
2.Keep a gap of atleast 2-3 hours between dinner and sleep
3.Have plenty of water atleast 3 litres per day , don’t drink water along with food , instead have half to one hour after food .
4. Avoid Non veg diet if possible , Add / Supplement with High Fibre diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables

if you are having normal motion then its should not be a problem. However if u have constipation or difficulty in evacuation of your stools then need to evaluate with ur surgeon for possible need for anal manometry . U can try placing a stool under ur feet while defecating on a western toilet or use indian style toilet
