Difficulties in speaking and throat pain/burning sensesion from 3 months . One year before same problem were happen. ENT surgeon adviced for laryangoscopy and UGI
abdomen. Both were normal. Doctor diagnosed as GERD. PAN 40 prescribed and ask for lifestyle change.
Now from three months same problem occurring. PAN 40 is taking but not improvement. History of thyroid. Taking thyrox 100. TSH is normal.Age-40, BS/BP/CBC- normal.
Pl. advice.
Yes... difficult in speaking along with burning sensation can happen in different laryngeal pathologies but as you have diagnosed normal laryngoscopy chances of GERD or LPRD are high.
Speaking difficulty itself require detail history and small small points to understand.
