I had c section before 5 weeks im not able to pass stool properly sometimes I see blood after passing stool so I was using cremaffin plus without my doctor advice for 15 days what should I do

The reason for blood while passage of stool is because of constipation Reason for constipation is poor fibre intake in the diet Increase fibre intake Have papaya salads fruits etc If the stool is still not soft increase the dose of cremaffin
