Air column is obliterated.. there is some pathology in the food passage.. kindly go for a flexible UGI endoscopy CECT NECK may also be done ..

If you can't swallow liquids, then this needs to be investigated thoroughly and on urgent basis. You need to undergo few tests like Flexible fiber-optic Laryngoscopy(FFL),Fiber-optic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing(FEES). Detailed evaluation is required.
