I have been having shoulder pain for last 2-3 months and it getting stiff and difficult to lift

Hi.. Kindly let me know your problem in detail to help you better.. Is there any limitations in movement.. Is there any other problem associated like neck pain.. pain in arm..forearm and hand. Is there any previous issue with neck.. Revert back with details so that I can help you in a better way..
