Different result on each eye after SMILE

Got relex smile done 4 days ago. The very next day everything looked crisp by both eyes but after 3 days one eye looks sees more clearly( left eye ) and right seems blurry. Power on right was -9.5 and left was 3. Why are my eyes reacting different on different days .

Your right eye number it little higher hence possibly,it might be little uncorrected. Please share the problem with operating surgeon on follow up visit.
