I'm having pain near groin whenever I lie on bed (one sided) since March I'm having this. I cannot call it pain it feels something in my muscle. It's not hernia. Sometimes it feels like how the stretch marks look like that kind of flesh I feel in my left side of inguinal region different feeling in in the left side

Feel pain in groin area on standing for long periods and on walking, pain goes away in lying position
