Hey I have an issue, where two fingers turn color to dark yellow on the nail area on my hands. This goes and come back every year. I am not sure what exactly it is.. I am attached the picture . I do not have any allergies, I haven't had any severe medical conditions before. I am a smoker. A guidance on this issue would be helpful.. Thank you
