Difference in Gestational age and LMP

Hlo Dr. I am 35 weeks and 3 days pregnant but but GESTATIONAL AGE is somwhr 2 weeks delay, Can you plz guide me on the difference in LMP & GA along with the +- parameters mentioned in baby weight and even in the baby measurements. Please let me know thr is any issue in my foetal doppler report. Thankyou
