Hello sir, my hb level is 10.5 and doctor ask me that eat beetroot,green veg.,etc but there is no changes in my body , changes is temporary like 1 or 2 days , after 2 days pain is continues occurring in my leg and hand. So pls tell me what can i do? Doctor also give me medicine but end of this pain is continuously occurring.

Hello..Well you will have weakness due to know haemoglobin and not pain as such...Leg and hand as in yiu have muscle pain? I would suggest you to take vitamin b 12 injection on alternate days..5 doses which may help you...Follow up with your doctor...Thank you
