My periods are delayed by a week. I am having pain while urinating. I am not sexually active. This never happened earlier. How can I get my periods

If pregnancy is not a possibility, u can consult a gynecologist for withdrawal bleeding and also rule out urinary infection. Stress, anxiety, excessive exercise, anorexia
