Does the attached ultrasound mean I ovulated? It was taken on CD 10. It is not CD 45 no period and negative pregnancy test and doctor prescribed isofit 10 mg. What will the tablets do? Can anyone explain what's happening? Just seeking second opinion. Why didn't I get my periods yet?

Yes ovulation has ocurred. Take isofit for two weeks. Do a UPT or Sr bhcg after 2 weeks.

Yes according to the ultrasound, ovulation happened. You can do serum beta HCG blood test and conclude whether u are pregnant or not
