As diastolic BP Is 94 and systolic like 125 -128 reason for same and treatment of course Kindly guide

Diastolic bp is high, please recheck the bp and check again, you need to change lifestyle modifications. If bp is still high please consult me on practo for further management and evaluation.

Marginally high diastolic b.p. Share detailed history of your symptoms if any, any test results. Get blood sugar random, HbA1c, serum lipid profile done and share results. Take salt restricted diet,  avoid fatty food, excess of tea, coffee,  use of alcohol and or tobacco. Do regular physical exercise,  take adequate rest. Get b.p checked after 4 weeks.
