I am 7 months postpartum and When I tilt back, I have a little coning around abs. Is this diastesis? I am unable to check the finger gaps. Which specialist can help me identify and guide about the exercises that can heal my condition.

Actually there are two ways to rule out your problem. One is that your gynecologist can find out whether its Diastasis recti or  Physiotherapist.  If you want further assessment and exercises then you can contact me through video consultation.

Hi, Yes, it may be Diastasis recti. Get an appointment with a physiotherapist to confirm this. Untreated diastasis recti can weaken your abdominal muscles and leave you with chronic lower back pain.
Next Steps
