Diarrhoea and low blood pressure

My father is suffering from diarrhoea from last 2 days. He has consulted a local physician and his condition is better but he had a heat stroke yesterday and his blood pressure dropped to 96/66 100 pulse. He's feeling nauseous and very weak. Can't even get out of his bed. Kindly advise. PS. He's a type 2 diabetic and on insulin.

Give him plenty of fluids, electrolytes, keep him in air-conditioned room. If he is not able to take oral feeds, admit him to a hospital for IV fluids and further evaluation.
