My eight months baby is on breast feed and semi solid. Got diarrhea since four days(6-8 times/day). Doc suggested stools test. Got fat globules - seen++++. My pediatric says stop breast feed and switch to lactose free formula. Why after eight months is my allergic to breastfeed.

Dear parents,            During diarrhea presence of fat globules are normal, give zenflox oz half teaspoon ful twice a day for 5days. No need to stop breast feeding
